Buying a gift card

When purchasing a virtual gift card you first need to choose the country where the recipient of the gift card is located to get the accurate currency.

Select gift card amount in the drop-down menu.

Add the recipient's name, email address and a personal message (optional).

You can send it directly to the recipient’s inbox or send it to yourself to print.

The recipient will receive a gift card code which is valid at Acne Studios online shop for one year from the date that it is issued, and in the currency specified.

Please note that virtual gift cards are not eligible for redemption in Acne Studios physical stores, and vice-versa.

How to redeem a gift card

If you haven't done so already, please register for a Acne Studios account. Then sign in, select My Account and under Gift Cards enter your gift card code.

Alternately, you can redeem your gift card on the payment page when making your purchase. Your gift card amount will then be automatically deducted as payment on your order.

Delivery

A virtual gift card will be emailed to the recipient. A delivery notification will be emailed to you for your reference.

The virtual gift card will arrive as soon as we have processed your order and taken payment.

Returns

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for a card refund.

All returned items that were paid for with a gift card will be refunded as a store credit to your Acne Studios account for you to use against a future purchase.

If you return an item paid by both gift card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be refunded as store credit.
