This website is managed by Acne Corp. (hereinafter referred to as Acne or we). Acne Corp. is a subsidiary of Acne Studios AB, registered in Stockholm Sweden. Acne recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of personal and financial information. We have instituted strict policies and security measures to protect the information you provide us. When you register online with Acne, use our online store or choose to fill out and submit one of our customer information cards when visiting an Acne store, you give us your consent to process and use such submitted personal data in accordance with this privacy policy. maintained or used by Acne.

WHAT INFORMATION ACNE COLLECTS?
Acne collects personal data from visitors to the website who register their information or who use the online store. We also use “cookies“ (as described below) and track IP addresses so we can improve our services and enhance
your Acne experience. In addition, Acne collects some protected personal information (e.g. name, address, telephone number(s), email address etc.) from our customers who submit a customer information card at one of our stores,
from our affiliated companies and, on occasion, from unrelated third parties. Acne does not collect or store any credit card information from our online customers. To serve you better, we may combine information you give us with

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Acne does not wish to collect personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13). If you are under the age of thirteen (13), please ask your parent or guardian to register.

LEGAL PURCHASE AGE
If you are under eighteen (18), we require that you inform and get your parents or guardians consent before purchasing anything on acnestudios.com or any other website related to Acne.

HOW DOES ACNE USE INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE?

order if you have placed an online order. DOES ACNE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH OTHERS?

Acne uses appropriate security measures to protect the information you provide to us. However, while we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, you accept that no

ACCURACY AND RETENTION
